Join us for our 5th Monarch Manifestor Women's Retreat! Located on the West Fork of the Kickapoo River, you'll enjoy scenic views and acres of conservation plant and wildlife. The driftless region is known for its landscape and rural farm to table lifestyle. We chose this location to give you an experience focused on supporting small and family-owned businesses, farm to table cuisine, and community connection.
Emilee J. Kern has spent 10 years living in an island community in Hawai’I and has found Viroqua to be a similar match to the vibe she misses from co-ops, community, locally sourced meals, a slower pace of life, and farmer’s markets. She is the author of “Chrysalis: The Transformation of the Human Soul” and “Monarch Manifestor Oracle Cards.” She empowers her attendees to actively participate and create their desired lives with Yoga philosophy, practices, and manifestation techniques. Emilee is a Yoga Therapist, 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Sound Healer.
Emilee is a compassionate Retreat guide and leader who has transformed her own insecurities into strength, embodying the powerful lioness within. With her guidance, each attendee is nurtured and empowered throughout their retreat experience, ensuring they leave feeling confident and inspired by Emilee's dedication to personal growth fosters a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. -Down Payment: $200, due upon booking.
- First Installment: Due by April 17.
- Final Installment: Due by June 17.
Refundable Period: If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund of your down payment (minus the $50 administrative fee) if you notify us at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date.
Non-Refundable Period: We’re sorry, but if your cancellation occurs within 30 days of the retreat start date, we won’t be able to provide a refund for any payments made, including the down payment.

*Community space beds (futons/air mattresses) are in the gathering space and guests will be asked to move their air mattresses and belongings to the storage room during retreat hours until quiet time. These guests should consider bringing a tote or storage container for their belongings for easy movement/access to bedding and necessities.

$650. This queen is upstairs in the Lodge and has a door that closes.
$635 for the double $625 for the single in this room in the Lodge with a door that closes.
$610 This twin sits upstairs in the Lodge and is tucked behind a quilt at the foot of the queen bed.
$635 This Queen sits at the top of the stairs in the Kinship Lodge, is exposed to the open cabin with a quilt separating the twin that sits behind it.
$650 This Private Queen is in the Kinship Lodge, the center of the retreat communal space. It has glass sliding doors.
$610 This double pull out trundle is on the main floor of the Lodge.
$610 These futons are in the Kinship lodge area and are in the community space. This space is shared with 3 air mattresses.
Emilee’s Healing Hut Payment and Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Emilee’s Healing Hut for your yoga & wellness retreat. We are dedicated to providing you with a rejuvenating experience and want to ensure clarity regarding our payment and cancellation procedures. Payment Policy: 1. Down Payment: o A down payment of $200 is required to secure your booking. This amount is generally considered non- refundable; however, if you cancel your reservation at least 30 (calendar) days prior to the retreat start date, we will gladly provide a full refund of your down payment (minus a $50 administrative fee). Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund of the down payment. 2. Installment Payments: o After the down payment, guests are required to make an initial installment payment of $200 by 4/17/25. o The final payment of your remaining balance is due by 6/17/25. 3. Payment Methods: o Payments must be made via invoicing from Emilee’s Healing Hut and will be delivered to you via the email address used for registration. o All payments must be made in full, 30 days before the commencement of the retreat. Failure to pay by the specified due dates may result in the cancellation of your reservation. 4. Invoice and Receipts: o A receipt will be provided for all payments made. It is the guest's responsibility to keep these records for their own peace of mind and reference. Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens and plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about our cancellation policy: 1. Refundable Period: o If you need to cancel your reservation, you can receive a full refund of your down payment (minus the $50 administrative fee) if you notify us at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date. 2. Non-Refundable Period: o We’re sorry, but if your cancellation occurs within 30 days of the retreat start date, we won’t be able to provide a refund for any payments made, including the down payment. 3. Force Majeure: o In the unlikely event that a cancellation becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or government regulations), we will do our very best to offer you a credit toward a future retreat. 5. Acknowledgment: o By making a booking with Emilee’s Healing Hut, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Payment and Cancellation Policy. Emilee J. Kern, also known as the Monarch Manifestor, guides participants through transformative workshops, invigorating yoga sessions, rhythmic drumming, and nourishing food preparation. As the heart and soul of the retreat, she brings passion and vision to the experience. However, her journey is one of collaboration, and she welcomes the support of like-minded individuals to create a truly enriching atmosphere.
Erica Gallagher, the Monarch Memoirist, will be capturing every empowering moment with her incredible photography skills. With Life & Photography, Erica brings her energetic joy to the group, ensuring that each experience is beautifully documented.
Sherry Hughes-Bracher, your witchy guide who will lead you through transformative experiences.
